OEM & PRIVATE LABEL MANUFACTURING

OEM & Private Label Pet Urn Manufacturer

URNHAVEN develops and manufactures wooden pet urns for professional pet aftercare providers, distributors, importers and memorial product brands.

From buyer drawings and physical reference samples to adapted catalog styles and original product concepts, we support product development, sampling, batch production, branded packaging and export coordination.

URNHAVEN serves as the International Business & Export Division for our wooden pet urn manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Overseas buyers can communicate directly with the teams responsible for development, production, quality control and packaging.

Our OEM and private label services are intended for business buyers and batch production rather than unit-by-unit personalization.

OEM and Private Label Pet Urn Programs

Different projects require different levels of product development. URNHAVEN reviews the intended product, brand requirements, order quantity and target market before recommending the appropriate project route.

PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCT PROGRAMS

Private label programs can begin with a suitable existing product structure and develop it into a coordinated branded offering.

Depending on the selected product, the program may include shared brand artwork, logo placement, selected colors or finishes, product labels, barcodes, instruction cards and individual packaging.

This route is suitable for buyers who want to establish or expand a pet memorial product line without developing an entirely new product structure.

OEM ADAPTATION OF EXISTING FORMATS

An existing wooden pet urn format can be evaluated for deeper changes to its dimensions, structure, opening method, usable capacity, material, internal configuration or component details.

The feasibility of each change depends on the selected construction, manufacturing process, order quantity and intended application.

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

URNHAVEN can evaluate new wooden pet urn projects from buyer drawings, authorized physical reference samples or clearly defined product concepts.

New product development may involve original dimensions, new structures, coordinated product families, specialized components or broader branded collections.

The final development route, MOQ, sample cost and production plan are confirmed only after the proposed product has been reviewed.

Projects focused mainly on batch-shared photographs, engraving, colors, finishes, linings or compartments applied to a regular product style may be handled through our Custom Pet Urns service.

Wooden Pet Urn Development From Drawings or Samples

A clear starting reference helps convert a product idea into a repeatable manufacturing specification. URNHAVEN can begin an OEM review from technical drawings, a physical sample or a sufficiently detailed product concept.

DEVELOPMENT FROM TECHNICAL DRAWINGS

Buyer drawings should provide as much information as possible about external dimensions, internal dimensions, usable capacity, material, wall thickness, opening structure, assembly details, finish, hardware, interior configuration and packaging.

Our product development team reviews the proposed construction and identifies any details that need to be adjusted before sampling.

DEVELOPMENT FROM PHYSICAL REFERENCE SAMPLES

A physical reference sample can be evaluated for dimensions, construction, joints, opening method, material direction, finish, internal space and component arrangement.

The purpose of the review is to develop a manufacturable specification rather than assume that every visible feature can be reproduced without adjustment.

Material availability, production methods and reasonable manufacturing tolerances must be considered before the sample plan is confirmed.

DEVELOPMENT FROM PRODUCT CONCEPTS

Buyers without a completed technical drawing may provide reference images, sketches, target dimensions, intended materials and a description of the required function.

URNHAVEN can review the available information and identify which structural, material and production details still need to be defined.

A concept review does not automatically confirm manufacturing feasibility. The project must first be evaluated and translated into clear sample requirements.

SAMPLE APPROVAL AS THE PRODUCTION REFERENCE

The buyer-specific sample is used to review dimensions, construction, material, color, finish, opening method, artwork position, interior details and packaging as applicable.

After the sample and written specifications have been approved, they become the working reference for bulk production and quality control.

Buyers should provide only drawings, samples, artwork and designs that they are authorized to use.

NORMAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Approximately 5,000 Units per Month

Normal production capacity depends on product dimensions, structure, material, finish, order mix and current production scheduling.

WOODWORKING AND CUTTING

Woodworking and cutting equipment is used to prepare product components according to the approved dimensions and construction requirements.

Material selection, cutting direction and component dimensions are checked according to the product specification.

ASSEMBLY AND MANUAL PRODUCTION

Factory personnel complete structural assembly and related manual production processes according to the approved sample and production records.

The assembly method depends on the product structure, opening design, internal configuration and component requirements.

ON-SITE PAINTING AND LACQUER FINISHING

A dedicated finishing workshop located on the fourth floor of the same manufacturing building supports painting and lacquer applications.

This on-site arrangement helps coordinate sample review, color references, finish requirements and production follow-up.

Approved finish specifications and color references are incorporated into the project quality-control process.

SAMPLING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Dedicated sampling and product development personnel support projects based on buyer drawings, physical reference samples and approved product requirements.

The sample process is used to confirm whether the proposed design can be converted into a consistent production specification.

DEDICATED QUALITY CONTROL

Dedicated QC personnel inspect materials, production processes, finished products, packaging and outgoing orders according to the applicable project requirements.

Approved samples, color references and production records may be retained to support bulk inspection and future repeat orders.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND EXPORT COORDINATION

URNHAVEN manages overseas communication, quotations, project follow-up, export documentation, payment coordination, freight-forwarder communication and after-sales support.

International buyers therefore have one point of contact throughout product development, sampling, production and export coordination.

Materials, Structures and Finish Development

Material, construction and finish decisions must be evaluated together because each choice affects appearance, usable capacity, production feasibility and quality-control requirements.

MATERIAL SELECTION

Available material directions may include beech, walnut, rosewood, Japanese hinoki, bamboo and MDF, depending on the selected product and project requirements.

BEECH

Beech provides a light and relatively clean appearance.

WALNUT

Walnut offers a darker tone and more distinctive natural grain.

ROSEWOOD

Rosewood provides a deeper color and more traditional visual character. Availability and destination-related documentation must be reviewed for the specific project.

MDF

MDF provides a stable surface for painted products and is commonly considered for solid-color finishes.

JAPANESE HINOKI

Japanese hinoki offers a light, fine-grained appearance.

BAMBOO

Bamboo can support clean, contemporary product directions.

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONAL DETAILS

OEM development may include changes to external dimensions, internal dimensions, wall thickness, lid structure, opening method, photo-frame integration, internal dividers, keepsake compartments, linings and selected hardware.

Every structural change must be reviewed in relation to usable capacity and production feasibility.

Adding a lining, divider, recessed frame or internal component can reduce the available space inside the urn. Final usable capacity should therefore be confirmed from the approved structure rather than estimated from external dimensions alone.

FINISH DEVELOPMENT

Available finish directions may include natural wood finishes, stained wood tones, matte lacquer, high-gloss treatments and selected solid-color surfaces.

The appropriate finish depends on the material, product structure, intended appearance and order requirements.

Painting and lacquer finishing are coordinated through the on-site finishing workshop within the same manufacturing building.

Approved samples and color references are used to define the acceptable production direction.

NATURAL WOOD VARIATION

Although approved specifications and reference samples provide a clear basis for consistency checks, natural wood grain and tone may vary reasonably between individual pieces.

Natural wood products should be evaluated against an approved range rather than an expectation that every unit will appear visually identical.

Private Label Branding and Packaging

A private label pet urn program may extend beyond the product itself. Branding, packaging and product information should be developed as coordinated parts of the final market offering.

PRODUCT BRANDING

Depending on the selected material, surface and design, branding options may include laser-engraved logos, screen-printed graphics, applied nameplates and other shared brand details.

Logo size, position, direction, artwork clarity and production method must be confirmed during project review and sampling.

Branding is applied according to one approved specification across the production batch. URNHAVEN does not change logos, names, dates or photographs individually from one unit to another within the same batch.

LABELS, BARCODES AND INSTRUCTION CARDS

Buyer-provided or buyer-approved labels, barcodes and instruction cards can be incorporated into selected packaging programs.

The buyer should confirm the final wording, barcode data, dimensions, placement and applicable market requirements before production.

URNHAVEN does not independently verify the legal or regulatory accuracy of buyer-provided label content unless a separate review has been agreed.

INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PACKAGING

The standard packaging direction uses EPE foam protection and export cartons.

Depending on the product and project requirements, an individual color box may also be developed.

Box dimensions, printing, inserts, labels, barcodes and packing quantities should be approved together with the product sample or packaging sample.

EXPORT PACKAGING

Export-carton specifications are reviewed according to product dimensions, weight, surface protection and packing quantity.

The packaging arrangement should protect the approved product during handling and shipment while remaining practical for the buyer’s storage and distribution process.

COORDINATED PRODUCT COLLECTIONS

Private label development may include several related sizes, structures or finishes developed under one visual and packaging system.

Each style and size must still have its own approved dimensions, capacity, material, finish, artwork and packaging record.

From Product Brief to Approved Bulk Production

A structured OEM process helps turn a product idea into a repeatable specification for manufacturing, inspection and future reorders.

01

PROVIDE THE PROJECT BRIEF

Share the intended product, drawings, physical sample, reference images, dimensions, material, structure, finish, interior requirements, branding, packaging, target quantity, destination market and required schedule.

The sample is produced according to the confirmed project brief.

Depending on the project, the sample review may cover dimensions, assembly, opening method, material, color, finish, artwork, interior configuration, components and packaging.

05

REVIEW REVISIONS AND APPROVE THE SAMPLE

The buyer reviews the sample and identifies any required revisions.

Final approval should confirm both the physical sample and the written product specifications.

Production should not begin while key dimensions, materials, finishes, artwork or packaging details remain unresolved.

06

PREPARE AND BEGIN BULK PRODUCTION

After sample approval, written specification approval and receipt of the order deposit, the factory prepares the production requirements and schedule.

Bulk manufacturing follows the approved sample, specifications and production records.

07

COMPLETE QUALITY CONTROL, PACKAGING AND EXPORT COORDINATION

Products pass the applicable production, finished-product, packaging and outgoing inspections.

URNHAVEN coordinates final order communication, export documentation and freight-forwarder arrangements according to the agreed order terms.

Approved samples, color references and production records may be retained to support repeat orders.

Quality Control, MOQ and
Production Planning

OEM and private label projects require clear quality references, realistic quantities and a production schedule based on the final product rather than a universal promise.

APPROVED REFERENCES AND REPEAT ORDERS

Approved samples, color references and production records provide the working basis for production and inspection.

These references can also support future repeat orders, although natural wood grain and tone will continue to vary reasonably between pieces and production batches.

FIVE-STAGE QUALITY CONTROL

INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL — IQC

Incoming materials, selected components and applicable packaging materials are checked according to the project requirements before use.

IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL — IPQC

Dimensions, structure, assembly and relevant production details are checked during manufacturing so that issues can be identified before final completion.

FINAL QUALITY CONTROL — FQC

Finished products are checked for dimensions, construction, opening function, appearance, finish, artwork and other approved requirements.

PACKAGING INSPECTION

The protective wrapping, individual packaging, labels, barcodes, instruction cards, carton quantities and export-carton condition are checked as applicable.

OUTGOING QUALITY CONTROL — OQC

The completed order is reviewed before release for shipment according to the approved specifications and inspection requirements.

MOQ FOR OEM AND PRIVATE LABEL PROJECTS

The standard MOQ for regular catalog styles is 100 pieces per style.

Some private label programs or straightforward adaptations of an existing product may be evaluated from 100 pieces per style.

Projects involving a new structure, special dimensions, new components, complex finishes, original packaging or extensive development may require a higher MOQ.

The final minimum quantity is confirmed only after the proposed product and processes have been reviewed.

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT TIME

Buyer-specific sample development typically takes approximately two to three weeks.

Projects involving new structures, special materials, complex components or multiple revisions may require additional time.

The confirmed sample schedule begins after the required product information and sample arrangements have been agreed.

BULK PRODUCTION TIME

Bulk production typically takes approximately 45 to 60 days after sample approval, written specification approval and receipt of the order deposit.

The final schedule depends on product structure, material, finish, components, packaging, order quantity and current production planning.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Normal production capacity is approximately 5,000 units per month.

This figure is a general factory reference rather than a guaranteed capacity for every individual product. The confirmed order schedule depends on product complexity and the active production plan.
